Not sure what you’re talking about re compression. That’s 3 separate screen shots from a video.
I know it’s not great quality but it’s pretty clear to me guess I’ll just keep enjoying it myself.

Compression artifacts, a common trait of poor quality digital images. Basically, the low quality of the original image source causes dark and light patterns to merge together into clumps. Trying to find defined subtle shapes is pointless - like trying to see a defined shape in a cloud.
