I blocked both of these accounts in relation to long running disputes in the WP:GS/BI topic. The IP and Puckshed both edited yesterday and both display unuual levels of knowledge for new editors. The IP with a throw away attack on myself[1] (the main sysop patrolling this area) and Puckshed created that account purely in order to send an email[2] to User:DubsBoy - an account whose sole reason for returning to WP (after 6 months absence) has been to attack User:HighKing (see Dubsboy's contribs here). This area has been plagued with ban, block and scrutiny evading socks for a very very long time. Sock masters like The Maiden City, Irvine22, MidnightBlueMan, LevenBoy, Factocop and Hackneyhound have displayed this same single purpose stalking/harassing behaviour for a very very long time. Other abandoned (and too old to check) accounts like User:The Skywatcher and me, User:Van_Speijk and the blocked User:Sven_the_Big_Viking displayed the same behaviour too. I've labelled Factocop as a sock becuase IMHO he is the most likely but it could in actuality be any of the above sockmasters (that is if you believe they aren't all the same guy anyway).
I'm requesting a check against these to accounts and maybe a check for sleepers related to Puckshed if possible. Also I would suggest that it is possible (given the history of abusive emails in this area) that there was abuse of the email system by Puckshed, it might be worth checking--Cailil ^talk 15:10, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
