| A joint party union between departments looks like a celebration of the company. Happy to also see Soimei and Shizuo enjoy their time together. Happy Birthday also to Mita! But yeah, it was just great to see everyone enjoy life outside. This had a rare cliffhanger so it looks like Tateishi is about to reveal the secret next time?! |

| Masugu passing his bookkeeping exam, and hearing of his good friend's wedding, it definitely is a good day, when you're 6 years into your work. But hearing the rumour that someone from Accounting is being transferred to HR since they're short-staffed, he couldn't have thought that it would be him being dealt by the departmental transfer. Of course, Yui dealt this with the New Business Development's Director Kiribayashi prior, though the signs start showing that he would be the most likely one to be transferred, like handovers and such. Still, with expectations loose, Masugu can't help but fear for the day where his fate would lie in question, and as much as Yui's department is having their camping trip, which she tries to invite him (but to the detriment of everyone finding out about their relationship), it's still a go between both departments once again, heralded by Chief Mita and his family. Yui and Masugu having their own fun, as much with Hayakawa and Somei of their secret dating, Mita and his wife Shiori once also being in the same spectrum...I shouldn't be surprised about it. The last-minute surprise birthday celebration for the chief, it was a happy ending right before his business trip... Will it be the same for Yui and Masugu to finally reveal their secret office romance to everyone? |

| Now the question is can he say it. The couple will probably accepted but the question is how will the others react. My guess it's something like they already suspected something but it will still be interesting to watch. |

| Hearing the rumors about the sudden transfer really shook Masugu up that bro's convinced that he'll be transferred. It's less likely that he'll be transferred but I still don't want him to. The camping with the group and Itsurou's family gave relax vibes and the birthday surprise to Itsurou by his family was cute. But the real surprise would be if Masugu tell his secret before loosing his nerves and chickens out. |

| Are you kidding me? Cliffhangers here too? HERE?!!! Also, I don't know how it is in Japan but is it really possible to get someone from a department like accounting to suddenly go to HR? That's an odd transfer IMO. The face he made was so weird, Morizono became Maomao:  And... This happened. $800+ for a room... Holy s***!  |

| Can’t believe we only got one episode left!! Season 2 please!! So proud of Masugu for acing his bookkeeping exam, but at the same time feel a bit bad for him getting transferred out of the accounting department. Seems like he had just started to really come into his own there and now he’s being shipped out. That’s the way it goes when you’re successful at work, though. Very sweet of him to put together a guide for Morizono to be able to get things done without him there. This company is so healthy and thoughtful towards everyone I love it! Poor Mita ended up inviting the whole damn workplace on the camping trip, really put his foot in his mouth 😂 worked out for the best as it looks like everyone had a great time, he got a sweet birthday gift from his wife and kids AND our main couple are finally gonna go public?!! What a cliffhanger. Something tells me it won’t quite work out like that tho and they’ll back out or something lol Somei and Hayakawa just chilling on the sidelines while the “kids” play and BBQ is so like them. They’re way more relatable to me than Yui and Masugu tbh because of how introverted and chill they are lol. Just being around someone where you don’t need to talk all the time and can just read a book, but it’s still understood how intimate and precious that time together is, is so sweet! |

| Still not sure what a bookkeeping exam is but congrats to Masugu I guess. Masugu is thinking that he might be transferred to the HR department which might undo his achievement with the exam somehow. I think it's a false flag and he's just worrying for no reason. But it makes me wonder who exactly would get transferred instead of him. Morizono? Or Hayakawa? Maybe no one. The second part of the episode was great. Camping episodes are fun. And the birthday event for Mita who apparently also had office romance was great too. But God I hate cliffhangers. This was the last anime I expected to have a cliffhanger this week lol. Are they seriously gonna tell everyone that they're dating now? I guess it will be fitting for the last episode. But I wonder if it'd be too soon for the series. Like everything will change after they reveal it. How are the coworkers gonna react? Will they be surprised? Or act like they knew it from the start? Really can't wait for the next episode. I feel sad that this anime's almost over. I hope there will be a 2nd season announcement right away. |

| Aww the surprise party was so cute, Mita was so happy. It was heartwarming It'll be funny if in the next episode the main characters finally announce they're dating and the others are just "yeah we know" lol I'll miss this show, sad that it's ending... |

| man, the cliffhanger. But this show gets a pass because it has a track record of not bullshitting the viewer, all season long there was only a minimal amount of stupid romance tropes and such, so it's not like they will use this cliffhanger to back pedal and bait us. Best romance anime of the season by far, it's not even close, can't wait for next week |

| I really feel so sorry for Tateishi !!! I hate transfer! its the worst thing it can happen beside getting fired! You get same pay, you feel that you just lost time learning everything and you need to waste even more time to learn new things and they don't even give you a raise! Him thinking about doing manuals and other things is crazy.. I would do opposite stop doing anything I am not obliged to.. Why they ended the episode with that?! it would be better to stop after he said it.. does it mean he will say something else?... |

| Ahh, we got so many good things this episode~ Congratulations to Masugu for passing his exam like Yui (and all of us) knew he would!! Once again I love this show for examining adult problems in adult situations. You could really feel his understandable stress about a potential transfer. And personally, I feel like these "changes" , as Masugu put it - hit a little bit harder, because we have seen these characters grow and change over this entire season. It feels like such a perfect reflection from him, even in a meta way. Even as life goes on for them, next week, we're going to have to say goodbye to what we've known over the past 12 weeks, so things will change for us watchers, too. Also, getting to see everyone on a camping trip together was such an absolute treat!! I know others have said this already, but it really felt like the beginning of a sendoff for this cast of characters that we love so much... We got some cute Yui/Masugu moments, some cute Hayakawa/Somei moments, and Mita's reaction was so sweet!  Okay but seriously, every time I see them, I'm reminded that Yui and Masugu are such a good-looking couple!! And we have the big cliffhanger for this week! I also believe there's no way this is a bait and switch, not with this show's immaculate record of deconstructing so many common romance tropes (and doing them so much better). So I guess we just have to wait and see, but I'm trusting Kono Kaisha not to let us down!! Everyone has already said it, but wow wow I'm really going to miss this show. The camping trip just made me feel, once again, how special this cast really is. |

| Lately, it feels like every anime I watch leaves things hanging at the most crucial moment! Now that there are changes coming to their work, it makes sense for them to be open about their relationship too. Since they’ve both worked so hard and are finally seeing the results, it’s time to make things clear to their friends and colleagues to avoid those inevitable rumors. So, I really hope this cliffhanger isn’t just bait and that they don’t keep hiding their office romance! |

| Looks like Masugu and Yui are splitting that vacation afterall. I'd hate to see Masugu's hard work go to waste if he's transferred to HR. Really sweet moment with Yui's boss and his family too. But I have this strange feeling everyone already knows the two are dating. I'm hoping not, because I feel that would kind of spoil all the hard work they've done to keep it a secret. But I wonder if Masugu will actually say it? Can't wait for the finale! |

| The episode was completely lacking in intimate moments… I honestly don’t care about the business-related scenes. Also, why did the last scene end right before the confession?! It seems like they couldn't keep the secret any longer. I don't know, it felt like a filler episode that drifted a bit from the main storyline. But, I still enjoyed it! |
